Label Companies for Sale.com was started in 2011 by Svend Lynge Jørgensen, Jens H. Mortensen and Palle Nygaard Jespersen who saw an opportunity in providing a web-based platform for selling and buying label companies. After selling his own label company the current owner, Jens Brusgaard, decided to use his expertise from this and a number of previous acquisitions and divestitures to advise and help owners with selling and acquiring label companies. This led to the acquisition of the activities of CompanyXchange Aps including Label Companies for Sale.com on 1 October 2016. The previous owners will continue to support the company whenever needed.

Jens has more than 30 years of experience in the label industry in various functions in finance, operations and general management in companies across Europe, living in Denmark, the UK and the Netherlands along the way. During this time Jens participated in a significant number of acquisitions and divestitures of label companies in the UK, Germany, France, the Netherlands and Scandinavia. Most recently he ran his own label company before selling this in early 2016.
